Understanding the Admin Portal Interface - Advance Plan

The sidebar panel or icons of your admin portal interface contains a menu bar with icons for navigating through the portal (see Table ‎ 1-1 below). When you click an icon, the page associated with the icon appears.

Table ‎ 1-1. Admin Menu Icons

Icon	Description
	Shows your Main Portal Dashboard that displays quick access to your account data.
	Allows you to manage the phone numbers like update the call routing, caller ID and label them. For more details, please click here.
	Shows users configured in the system and allows you to add, edit, delete users, and etc. For more details, please click here.
	Allows you to setup the routing of your number and setup schedule hours for your working and closed hours schedule. For more details, please click here.
	Shows Auto Attendants configured in the system, and allows you to add, edit, and delete auto attendants. For more details, please click here.
	Shows Ring Groups configured in the system, and allows you to add, edit, and delete ring groups. For more details, please click here.

	Shows additional settings on the account like billing, International Dialing Preferences and General Voicemail Box.
