How do I forward calls?

Forwarding calls can be done one of two ways.

To enable call forwarding ion the phone. Follow the steps below.

Dial a star code *72 from your extension.
Enter the destination number on which you wanted to forward the call. Destination number could be external 10 digit number or an internal extension.

To disable the call forwarding from the phone you would need to dial a star code *73 from your phone.

To enable call forwarding in the portal. Follow the steps below.

Login to Portal https://my.voiply.com
Go to Services>Extensions
Select the extension you'd like to enable call forwarding on.
Select Call Routing in the upper right hand corner.

Enable call forwarding and enter destination number or extension.
Click Save
