How to View Your Call Detail Records for Voiply Home

This guide will walk you through how to view call detail records from your portal.

First we will want to login to the portal, you can find this link in your email receipt or by reaching out to us via our support chat.


You will then see at the top right of the page where it has the link to the Access Call Logs:




Once you access the page you will see the full list of incoming and outgoing calls, voicemails, and recordings if enabled.
