How To Use Your Answering Machine for Voiply Online Residential

If you would like to use your own answering machine that is built into your phone, Voiply has your covered! This guide will give you a walk through on how to accomplish that.

From your portal, you can click Device, then disable voicemail, then save changes. These changes will disable the Voiply voicemail.

Please note: There is not a way to entirely disable voicemail, after 120 seconds with the No Voicemail setting, the call will route to the Voiply Voicemail, which will then be sent to the email that has been configured.
