How to resolve issues during the checkout process

Some customers might have a bit of an issue checking out, this can be attributed to a few things. This guide will walk you through how to check a few things if you are having an issue completing the checkout process.


Safari

Open your Safari browser.
Click on the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
Click on the Privacy tab.
Under the Cookies and website data: section, un-select Block all cookies





1. Be sure that you have filled out all required fields when checking out. This includes Email, Name, Phone, Address, City, State, ZIP, Card number, and agreeing to the Voiply TOS.






2. Next we can take a look at if an blocker is enabled. This is usually installed and can be found in the add ons or extensions portion of your browser.

Google Chrome / Firefox

To disable AdBlock Plus

Click on the AdBlock Plus icon next to the browser’s address bar



Click on Enabled on this site




Once disabled, the menu option should read Disabled on this site





To disable AdBlock

Click on the AdBlock icon next to the browser’s address bar




Click on Don’t run on pages on this domain




A settings dialog box will come up to confirm turning off ad blocking for voiply.com

Click Exclude





Safari

Click on Safari located in the menu bar of your browser and select Preferences
Select the Websites section in the Preference window, which brings up a list of General
options on the left.
Select Content Blockers. A list of websites will come up with options to turn “on” or “off” content blockers. Select “Off” for voiply.com
Close the Preference window

Safari on iPhone / iPad

Open iPhone / iPad Settings
Select Safari from the list of settings
Under the General section, select Content Blockers
Toggle off the ad blocker
If ad blocker is still detected, restart Safari and try again

Internet Explorer

Click the gear icon to open Settings.
Select the Manage Add-ons option on the drop-down list.
Click the Toolbars and Extensions link in the left navigation pane.
Right-click the AdBlock add-on name in the list, then click the Disable button.
Click the Disable button in the confirmation window to disable the Adblock add-on.



3. Be sure that you have enabled 3rd party cookies:


Google Chrome

Open your Chrome Browser.
In the address bar, enter this address: chrome://settings/content/cookies
Make sure that the setting for Block third-party cookies is NOT enabled.
Restart Chrome.




Firefox

Open your Chrome Browser.
In the address bar, enter this address: about:preferences#privacy
Under the section for Content Blocking, select Standard (you may need to refresh your browser tabs after changing this setting).
Restart Firefox.





Microsoft Edge

Open your Edge Browser.
Click on the More actions button on the toolbar (3 dots), and select Settings.
Scroll down and click on View advanced settings
Scroll down and find the Cookies section. From the drop down, select Don't block cookies
Restart Edge
