How To Reset Your Portal Password

If you do not remember your password, or wish to change it for security reasons you can get started by logging into your portal.

After you have found your Account Portal Page, you can simply click 'Forgot Password?'

From here simply enter the email address that you signed up with and we will send you a password reset link to your email.

Click on the link that was sent in the email to complete your password reset.

If you are having issues logging in or setting up your portal, simply reach out to us via our Support Chat for further assistance, please have the email address you placed the order with handy so we can look up your account information for you.
