How to Edit Your Voicemail Greeting for Residential Service

Please login to your Residential Portal or visit the portal.

Once you have logged in, you can then click on the Pencil icon on your Adapter under Manage Your Phones

After entering the edit section, you can then choose to type out your new message and it will be automatically translated using our state of the art text-to-speech process. If you have your phone recording, you can also upload it in .wav format. Please note: All voicemails will be delivered to your email address provided.
