ExtraLine Settings - Adjustments for Troubleshooting
In this guide we will look at a few settings for both iOS and Android phones that will allow ExtraLine to prefer mobile data instead of using a Wi-Fi connection. These changes can help with your adapter and the ExtraLine app are having an issues ringing together. If you are still experiencing issues, please feel free to reach out to us via chat.
We will first cover iOS and the few settings that need to be adjusted:
First we need to enter settings, form the Keypad screen, tap the Gear Icon to get started

Then tap preferences:

Then tap network:

Then tap Network Priorities for RTP:

Tap Prefer Mobile Data to enable this setting:

For Android Phones, please follow this set of instructions:
From the dial pad click the 3 dots in the top right:

Then tap settings:

Tap on Preferences:

Tap on Network:

Then tap on Network priorities for RTP:

Select Prefer mobile data to enable the feature:
