This guide will get you started with the Wi-Fi Desk Phone

First we will need to get the phone connect to the Wi-Fi or plugged into the wired network. The wired network is easy, just plug into the port with the 3



Some highlights include:

Call Transfers:


You can press the transfer button on the phone itself, or you can press the three dots ( . . . ) and select 2 for transfer.






Attended Transfer


After pressing transfer, you can then dial the number you wish the transfer to, then press the AttTrnf softkey, the call the will dial out. You can then let the new caller know any information, and press Transfer to bring the two parties together and then drop the call after the transfer is completed.



Blind Transfer


After pressing transfer, you can then dial the number you wish the transfer to, then press the Dial Key to start the call:



Once you dial out you can then press Transfer to Blind Transfer and end the call.

Conference calling:


Press the ConfCall button on your phone, then you can dial an extension or an external number. After entering the number simply press the the green "Dial" softkey (or the Dial key on the phone, right of the #)


To start the conference press the Up arrow key, and then press the ConfCall button in the lower right. This will bring all callers together.


You Can kick members of the call with the Kick button, or start a new conference call with the NewCall button.
