Understanding the Admin Portal Interface - Starter Plan
The sidebar panel or icon of your admin portal interface contains a menu bar with icon for navigating through the portal. When you click an icon, the page associated with the icon appears.
From your dashboard, you have access to several functions as follows:
Lists you main phone number
Shows your current plan and no. of users
Your current bill per month or year
From here you can download the App for Mobile
Quick actions for Porting a number, configuring your voicemail, forwarding and billing.
You can click on Open Logs to view your CDR or Call Detail Records
