Setting up an Auto Attendant Call Scenario for Voiply Online Business Customers

Log into your portal using the social media or SMS account you used during your checkout. You can find the link in your email or you can ask us for help via chat.

Locate the Call Scenarios section and then select Auto Attendant:



We have a default greeting setup, but you can use our text to speech feature to create your own or choose from one of our predefined options and customize it to work for you!



Once you have configured your greeting you can setup your options to match. You can setup options to Ring one extension, a group of extensions if you have more than one, announcements, or direct your caller to a voicemail box.



After you have configured your options, you can then head to the top of the page and click the Apply Changes button to instantly update your Call Scenario! After you are done, callers will hear your updated greeting and options.
