How to create a new portal user.

1.) Log into with your existing username and password.

2.) Select Home, then user manager:

3.) Click the Orange plus symbol to add a new user:

4.) Fill out the form, and then click create account (be sure to select the correct group you would like - User will have a very basic account that will not have the power to change anything, while an admin will have access to change settings and view voicemail):

5.) Your new user will now be able to login with the newly created account.
