Recording A Voicemail Greeting for the Voiply Online Desktop App

For recording new voicemail messages we like to use Audacity - https://www.audacityteam.org/download/ but any audio recording program will work fine (you can also use your favorite mobile app to record with your cell phone):



Click record and then speak your new voicemail message.



Click Stop when done:




Then simply Export as a .WAV file:



Save the file:




From the desktop app click on Settings:



Then Navigate to Voicemail:



Click on Upload File, then browse:



Select the .wav file you had saved earlier, and then click Save:



You will see the following message:
