How to Forward Calls with Ring Groups

If your business is setup to ring a group of extensions via a ring group, and you would like to forward those calls this guide will walk you through that process.

Login to Portal

From the main User Dashboard or from Home > User Dashboard find the Ring Group forward section in the lower right and locate the ring group you wish to forward.

Enter the phone number you wish to forward to, select enable from the toggle menu, and then click save.

The Server will take a few minutes to refresh the change, but after the update, the calls will forward to the number that was entered in step 3. To disable, simply toggle back to disabled and then click save.
