How to Check Your Voicemail From Your Business Phone

This guide will walk you through how to check your voicemail from the Business Phone

First dail 5555, you will hear a prompt asking you to enter your password, which should be your extension number, # (pound) is not needed. (If you have an issue with your password, please reach out to support via chat.)

Once in the portal you can choose from the following options:

1 - Listen to new messages

Menu Options after listening to New messages:

1 - Listen to the message again
2 - Save the message
5 - Return the call
7 - Delete the message

2 - Save to saved messages

Menu Options after listening to Saved messages:

1 - Listen to the message again
2 - Save the message
5 - Return the call
7 - Delete the message

5 - Listen to your current voicemail greeting

9 - Change your password to access your voicemail
