How to port your number out of Voiply

Porting your number out from Voiply is a very simple process. The best way to get started is to reach out to us via our Support Chat located in the lower right of your screen. After safeguarding your account you can then inform the team which number you wish to port out, and we can generate a CSR (Customer Service Record) for you to provide to the new provider. This process of generating a CSR takes about 48 hours, while porting out takes about 7-10 business days, after which your number will then be with your new provider.
