Getting started with Voiply Fax App
Voiply Fax App would allow you to fax from anywhere at any time! Use your PC, tablet, or smartphone to send and receive fax online. Voiply's Fax App is a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use online faxing solution. You don't required any physical hardware or a physical line. To get started please follow the instructions below.
To get started, all you need is to register by email. With the new account you would get 10 free pages to test out the app. To receive faxes you would need to upgrade to a plan. Once your account is all set, you can start sending and receiving fax in multiple ways!
To register your account, you can do it in two ways either via your PC/Laptop via our Desktop App or you can download our app on your Android by clicking on Android App
When you click on the desktop app link or download the app you get the following screen to enter the credentials, if you are signing up for the first time be sure to click on Signup page. All new or exiting customers who are going to use the app for the first time would need to signup on the app:
Note: Existing customer would also need to signup, even if they have an existing fax account. Existing customers would need to use the same email address with which they have signed up for the fax service & be able to see their account details.
After entering the details it would take couple of secs to load your account & you would see the dashboard as show below:
Dashboard give you very useful information about your account, details are follows:
Account: This would give you the details about your Fax email address, Fax Number & configured Fax Name. If your email is activated then you would be able to send faxes & to get incoming faxes your number should be activated as well. To activate your number you would need to upgrade the plan.
Plan: This shows your current Voiply fax plan. Voiply offers 3 fax plans: FREE, BAISC & ENTERPRISE
Allowed Pages: This should how many pages you have left with your account.
Recent Faxes: This section would show you all the recent faxes both Inbound & Outbound faxes. You can download your faxes as well by click on the PDF sign.
To send a fax on the desktop you would need to go to the Dashboard.
Enter the recipient's fax number and fill out the required fields
You can enable or disable the cover page using the button.
Click "Choose a File" or quickly do it via drag and drop to attach file. (Free accounts would only to upload PDF or JPG files.)
Click on "Send Fax" & check for its status in Recent Faxes.
To send fax on cell phone you would need to click on Send Fax button.
After clicking on button a popup would appear to send faxes.
Enter the recipient's fax number and fill out the required fields
You can enable or disable the cover page using the button.
Click "Choose a File" or quickly do it via drag and drop to attach file. (Free accounts would only to upload PDF or JPG files.)
Click on "Send Fax" & check for its status in Recent Faxes.

3. How to send a Fax:
