Fax Troubleshooting - How to resolve failed faxes

Failed faxes can be caused by a few things, here are a few steps you can take to help troubleshoot these issues.
Check your file size and page count - If you are sending a very large document (Larger than 5Mb) with a lot of pages it might be helpful to split the PDF into smaller documents.
Save your PDF with FoxIt Reader - Sometimes the PDF file you are sending might not be formatted properly, one thing to try is a different PDF software to save your document. You can download FoxIt Reader here.
Email signatures can cause issues - If you have any .ico files or pictures in your email signature, it can be helpful to remove the signature temporarily while sending a fax.
Sending from a GMail account - If you seem to be having issues with setup, sending, or receiving faxing, and you are using a gmail address, you can try to add noreply@voiplyfax.com to your contacts list and then test your fax again.

Setup a new contact for noreply@voiplyfax.com
