Call Forwarding for Voiply Online Business

Please login to your Business Portal

Once you have logged in, you can then click on the Edit button to edit your Call Scenario for that number:



You will want to setup a Basic Call Scenario, then setup Call Forwarding from the bottom of the page.



Then please be sure to click Apply Changes from your portal:




Note: When forwarding to multiple numbers, if the call is decline, the call will route to the voicemail of the caller that hung up. The voicemail is technically answering the call.
