It's important that if this device was with a previous provider, that they remove the MAC address from thier system.
Please ensure your phone is running the latest firmware, you can use Yealink support documentation to perform the upgrade.
After the update, we can gather the MAC and Machine ID. You can find your MAC and Machine ID from the web GUI, or from the bottom of the device.
Now we can update the BYOD order, please enter your MAC and Serial Machine ID into the order.
After checking out please allow 10-15 minutes for the system to set everything up. (Please note, that if you are entering the MAC and Machine ID after you have checked out, you can simply click 'Apply Changes' to get everything updated, wait 5 minutes, then factory reset the yealink phone)
