Voiply Park - Setting up Voicemail to Email
This feature allows users to access their voicemail messages from anywhere with an internet connection and eliminates the need to dial into a voicemail system. With voicemail to email, users can easily read the transcribed message, listen to the audio file attachment, and also save or archive both for future reference. We'll can also send a Voicemail SMS notification.
When using Voiply Park if you have enabled the Voicemail to Email feature you have a few options available for setup.
Login to your Portal
You can edit your options from your portal by clicking the pencil icon:
Click on Voicemail to Email
Click on Activate
Note: Voicemail to Email plays your custom voicemail greeting for callers and allows them to leave a voice message, billed at .05/per voicemail.
Once activated, you can choose a preselect message or type of your down. You can also upload or record your own with the option in the lower right. Be sure to bill out your Voicemail Recipient with a valid email. When done with your changes click Save Changes to apply your current settings.
