Voiply ExtraLine Troubleshooting

After setting up your ExtraLine you might face a few issues with making or receiving calls, here are some troubleshooting tips to get everything online!

Ensure SIP ALG is disabled on your home router - SIP ALG can cause issues with inbound and outbound calling in some instances.

Check that you don't have the ExtraLine App installed on more than one device - Having the ExtraLine App installed on multiple devices is not supported at this time and will cause issues when ringing your App and Adapter at the same time.

If you are having issues with inbound calls, try switching your cell phone to mobile data and then restarting the App. A reboot to the adapter may also help resolve inbound issues.

Issues with inbound and outbound calls can also be resolved by resetting the ExtraLine App
