How to locate the GUI Password

Please note that any changes done via the GUI, if not researched and properly applied can impact your phone service.


1.) First, navigate to your Voiply portal.
2.) Once on the portal you will navigate to Services > Extensions. Click on any extension number.
3.) From there scroll to the bottom of the screen to locate your default GUI Password.




4.) The username will remain default, it is "admin".
5.) Once logged in please ensure you are only changing settings based on support information you have received.
