Please note that only one SIP account is supported for the GRP26XX/GXP21XX Series.

It's important that if this device was with a previous provider, that they remove the MAC address from their system.

To get started, we need to factory reset the GRP26XX, afterwards you can now find the IP address to login from your computer.

To find the IP Address, push the Home button (in the center of the arrows), then over to Status, then down to Network Status.

Once you have the IP address, you can access the GRP26xx via that IP address from your web browser:

The default username is admin, and the password is is listed on the phone itself, along with the MAC and Serial numbers:

Once you are logged in you can navigate to Maintenance > Upgrade and Provisioning, you will simply need to change the Firmware Server Path to firmware.grandstream.com, and ensure that Firmware Upgrade Mode is HTTP. Ensure Automatic Upgrade is set to Yes. Then click Save and Apply, and then you can reboot the phone. The phone will then download and upgrade after a few minutes after a reboot.

After the update, we can gather the MAC and Serial number. You can find your MAC and Serial from the web GUI from Status > Network Status and System Info respectively, or bottom of the phone

Now we can update the BYOD order, please enter your MAC and Serial Number into the order.

After checking out please allow 10-15 minutes for the system to set everything up. After about 10-15 minutes, everything should be setup and you can see your account on the phone. After everything is green you are ready to make calls! (Please note, that if you are entering the MAC and Serial after you have checked out, you can simply click 'Apply Changes' to get everything updated)

Please feel free to reach out to us via chat for any questions or concerns you might have.
