As a customer there are certain troubleshooting steps that you should take before opening a support case. These include:

  1. Verify that the Internet connection is up and working properly at the your site.
  2. Verify that the phones are on the correct network (check the IP addresses).
  3. Run a speed test from your network to verify your getting the proper internet speed from you ISP
  4. Reboot your phones

When opening a case please be sure to provide the following:

  • Company Name
  • Call examples
  • Extensions having the issues.
