As a customer there are certain troubleshooting steps that you should take before opening a support case. These include:
- Verify that the Internet connection is up and working properly at the your site.
- Verify that the phones are on the correct network (check the IP addresses).
- Run a speed test from your network to verify your getting the proper internet speed from you ISP
- Reboot your phones

- Call examples
- Extensions having the issues.
