Majority of the time when a support request is open. One of the first steps is to find the IP address of the phone that is having trouble. Please see steps below on how to find the IP address of each phone.

Grandstream Standard Phone 

  • Middle button on the directional pad. This will bring up the menu
  • Scroll to Status
  • Network Status
  • You'll find IP address there IPV4 address
  • Example: 192.168.1.122

GrandStream Deluxe or Receptionist Phone 

  • Middle button on the directional pad. This will bring up the menu
  • Scroll to Status
  • Network Status
  • You'll find IP address there IPV4 address
  • Example: 192.168.1.122

Grandstream Wireless Phone

  • Middle button on the directional pad. This will bring up the menu
  • Use directional Pad to find settings (Gear Icon)
  • At the bottom find Status
  • Scroll down and you'll find IP address
  • Example: 192.168.1.122

If your phone does not have an IP address. Please restart your phone to get an IP address from your network router/modem. If your phone still is not getting an IP address. You may need to contact an IT professional to help.
