This guide will show you how to add BLFs, Speed Dials, Call Parks to our Deluxe and Receptionist Phones via the online portal.

Supported Phones: Deluxe GXP2135 & Receptionist GXP2170

Important note: your devices inside the portal must be on the latest template. Making changes to this template can cause your phones to stop working. If you'd like for us to complete this task for you please email into support@voiply.com and we'll schedule time to complete this.

Check what version of the template your on in the portal under Services > Endpoints. If it doesn't say grandstream/gxp21xx-live X your not on the correct version.

Programming a BLF :

Programming a BLF is done from the endpoint (phone) itself. You can get to these settings by going to Services > Endpoints and selecting the MAC address of the phone you with to program.
or
Go to Services > Extensions and select the extension of the person you wish to program. From here you will see under Device Provisioning the MAC address and you may click on it there. This will take you to the phone settings as pictured below.

From here we will program the actual BLF. This will be under they Keys section.

For the example we will setup a BLF for extension 550 to monitor if they are on the phone.

Category : Type of button to be configured
Line : Button to be programmed on the phone itself
Expansion : Buttons to be programmed on an Expansion Module
Key : This is the BUTTON of the phone it will be programmed to. Start on key 3 and beyond for "lines" to be available, if these are programmed your phone will lose the ability to take multiple calls.
