Forwarding calls can be done one of two ways. One way is via the phone itself. Please refer to quick user guides on how to accomplish this on the phones. To enabled call forwarding in the portal. Follow steps below.

  1. Login to Portal
  2. Go to Services>Extensions 
  3. Select extension you'd like to enable call forwarding on.
  4. Select Call Routing in the upper right hand corner.
  5. Enable call forwarding and enter destination number.
