You can change your outbound caller ID number from the portal. The name and number you enter here will be what the recipients of your calls will see. Please note if the receiving end doesn't have the caller ID name service enabled on their end they will only see your outbound caller ID number.
Internal Caller ID Name/Number is what is displayed internally and will not be displayed on outbound calls.
To change the caller ID log into your Voiply portal then navigate to Services>Extensions
Choose the extension you wish to update then scroll down to the caller ID section.
Adjust each field as needed, and use the drop down box for Outbound Caller ID Number to adjust here.
